Joint Program
The HLC is joint program coordinated by CERENE and the Lahui Foundation building from the original kick-off project with City of Honolulu Office of Climate Change, Sustainability and Resilience (Called “Action 15” ). The original project can be found here.
Since 2024 we have transitioned into a community-led initiative in the form of a community of practice dedicated to supporting the development of resilience hubs on O‘ahu and connecting the ecosystem of resilience surrounding them.
